Return & Refund Policy

At Janata Mill Stores, we deal in heavy machinery, generators, agricultural equipment, and industrial products. Due to the nature of these products, our return and refund policy is strictly defined as below:

1. No Return Policy

All goods once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

2. Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

Replacement will only be considered in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product supplied.

The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.

The video should show the package condition and product clearly
No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing proof

4. Transit Damage Policy

In case of any damage during transportation:

Inform us immediately within 24 hours of delivery
Share photos/videos of damaged product and packaging
We will assist in claim process with transporter (if applicable)

5. No Return After Usage

Products once used, installed, or operated will not be eligible for return or replacement under any condition.

6. Warranty Support

All products are covered under manufacturer warranty (if applicable).

Warranty claims will be handled as per respective brand/service center policies
We will provide support and guidance, but final approval depends on manufacturer
